Fantazy is a decentralized fantasy cricket platform. I designed it end to end — contests, team creation, live match tracking, wallet, rewards, and referrals — with the explicit goal that cricket fans without any crypto experience could join without friction. It reached 40,000+ signups shortly after launch.

The problem
Fantasy cricket has a massive mainstream audience, but a decentralized version asks that audience to cross crypto's scariest terrain: wallets, on-ramps, and irreversible transactions. If the product felt like a crypto app first and a cricket app second, the fans it was built for would never make it past the first screen.
The approach
I designed the trust-critical flows to borrow Web2 familiarity everywhere possible — transparent wallet management, integrated on/off-ramps, and explicit confirmations before any irreversible action — so the crypto layer stayed legible but never demanded expertise. The cricket experience led; the chain stayed backstage.
What shipped
The full product: contests, team creation, live match tracking, wallet, rewards, and referrals. Shortly after launch it had driven 40,000+ signups, 1,000+ matches played, and 4,000+ fantasy teams created.
