An end-to-end creator management platform covering discovery, campaigns, approvals, contracts, payouts, and performance. I designed the full workflow, replacing the spreadsheet-and-DM operations most teams run influencer programs on — and cut sourcing-to-contracting time by roughly 40%.

The problem
Influencer marketing runs on fragmented tooling: creators discovered in one tool, negotiated over DMs, contracted over email, paid through another system, and measured in a spreadsheet. Every handoff between stages lost time and context, and no one could see the state of a campaign in one place.
The approach
I mapped the full lifecycle — discovery, campaigns, approvals, contracts, payouts, performance — and designed each stage to hand off cleanly to the next, so a creator moves through the pipeline without data re-entry. Status had to be legible at a glance for both the brand side and the creator side.
What shipped
A single platform covering all six stages, with campaign views built around pipeline state and an approvals model that keeps contracts and payouts connected to the work they cover. Sourcing-to-contracting time dropped by about 40%.
